POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a senior, action-oriented VP Global Alliances to lead the growth and performance of IQGeo’s global partner ecosystem. This role is focused on two core responsibilities:

  • Building and managing strategic partnerships with large global Systems Integrators (SIs) who support enterprise-scale implementations and co-sell opportunities.
  • Expanding our global SaaS reseller and channel program, especially in geographies where IQGeo does not have a direct sales presence.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role—not an administrative position. You’ll be expected to take initiative, build structure, and deliver tangible results. You will also be responsible for growing and leading a team to support partner operations globally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software, including work with global partners and alliances.
  • Extensive experience partnering with large global Systems Integrators, including co-sell strategy and services delivery alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Track record of executing against clear metrics and driving real revenue through the channel.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and ownership.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in telecom, utilities, or infrastructure software environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and PRM systems.
  • Background in building global partner programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic SI Partnership Development
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with global Systems Integrators.
  • Build scalable go-to-market and delivery enablement models.
  • Leverage IQGeo and Deepomatic’s combined solution to open new co-sell and delivery opportunities with strategic SIs.
  • SaaS Channel & Reseller Growth
  • Scale a global reseller program to drive SaaS adoption across telecom and utility markets.
  • Define partner programs, incentives, onboarding, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to activate joint campaigns and field engagement.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Execution
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing partner team.
  • Define KPIs, enforce accountability, and build repeatable success models.
  • Track partner-sourced and influenced revenue and manage pipeline visibility through Salesforce.
