We are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP & Global Head of Integrated Marketing to lead our customer-centric strategy and drive exceptional experiences across all touchpoints. This critical leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven, and AI-enabled CRM strategy. You will be the architect of our client and candidate engagement strategy, leveraging cutting-edge MarTech tools and a deep understanding of customer behavior to build lasting relationships and maximize lifetime value. This role requires a leader who can not only build a strategic vision but also effectively manage and inspire a diverse team of marketing and customer-focused professionals.

Holistic Customer Experience Ownership (Clients, Candidates, & Recruiters):

  • Lead the Customer Experience team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the candidate, client, and recruiter experience.
  • Ensure that all CRM, product marketing, and insights initiatives are aligned with the overall customer experience strategy and contribute to a seamless and positive journey for all three groups.
  • Establish and monitor key customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) for clients, candidates, and recruiters
Responsibilities

Integrated Customer Strategy & Vision (Clients, Candidates, & Recruiters):

  • Develop and own the overall global CRM and customer strategy, encompassing the entire lifecycle for both clients and candidates (acquisition, growth, retention, reactivation, and success) and integrating the perspectives of Product Marketing, Customer Insights, and Customer Experience. This includes strategies to enhance the experience for our internal recruiters.
  • Define a clear vision for the future of the customer experience at Robert Half, incorporating industry best practices, emerging technologies (especially AI), and a digital-first approach.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of all customer-facing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and Govern a roadmap and get cross-functional buy-in.

MarTech Stack Leadership:

  • Lead the strategic utilization and optimization of our core MarTech stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Domo.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between these platforms to create a unified view of the customer (client, candidate, and recruiter).
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our CRM capabilities and customer experience.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of these technologies, working closely with IT and other relevant teams.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization (Clients & Candidates):

  • Lead the Customer Insights & Analytics team to develop and implement a sophisticated customer segmentation strategy based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data, specifically segmenting both client companies and candidates.
  • Drive the creation of highly personalized journeys and experiences across all channels (email, web, mobile, social, etc.) tailored to both client needs and candidate aspirations.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to automate and optimize personalization efforts, improving relevance and engagement for all segments.

Engagement Strategy & Execution (Clients & Candidates):

  • Design and execute innovative, multi-channel customer engagement programs that drive desired behaviors and outcomes across all stages of the lifecycle for both clients and candidates.
  • Oversee the Product Marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with different customer segments and effectively position our services to both clients and candidates. This includes marketing our core staffing services and Protiviti’s consulting offerings.
  • Develop and manage customer communication calendars, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging to all audiences.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.

Data & Analytics Leadership:

  • Directly manage the Customer Insights & Analytics team to provide data-driven insights that inform CRM strategy, product marketing, and customer experience initiatives for both clients and candidates.
  • Utilize Domo and other reporting tools to track and analyze CRM performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for all customer-facing teams.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Lead the Customer Experience team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the candidate, client, and recruiter experience.
  • Ensure that all CRM, product marketing, and insights initiatives are aligned with the overall customer experience strategy and contribute to a seamless and positive journey for all three groups.
  • Establish and monitor key customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) for clients, candidates, and recruiters.

Product Marketing Integration:

  • Directly manage the Product Marketing team, ensuring close alignment between service positioning, messaging, and the overall CRM strategy.
  • Guide go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and features, ensuring a customer-centric approach for both client and candidate audiences.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives and value propositions for both our staffing and consulting services.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team encompassing Customer Lifecycle Management, Product Marketing, Customer Insights & Analytics, and Customer Experience.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members grow their skills and expertise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Technology, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Act as a champion for the customer (clients, candidates, and recruiters) within the organization, advocating for their needs and perspectives.
