Description
Lead all aspects of Quarterly Earnings / Annual Meeting/ Investor Calls – including the CEO/CFO/executive script, press release drafting, financial modeling, conference call Q&A preparation, and transcript approval Manage investor-related materials, working closely with the CFO, financial reporting, and accounting on public disclosure matters including the 10K and proxy. Maintain and develop presentations and related scripts for investors, investor conferences, road shows, corporate communications, and other investor-related activities Understand the company’s shareholder mix and associated dynamics Work with the equity capital markets team and legal counsel to prepare and coordinate the execution of NDAs, DDQ’s and other legal and transaction documentation Provide timely investment and performance information and analysis to internal and external stakeholders Strategize the investor marketing strategy, working alongside Marketing team members to plan for investor engagement events, communications, and elevate EXL’s investor / analyst audience Work closely with marketing to create company collateral purposed for investor/analyst audiences as well as internal use Regular investor meetings/phone calls, responding to investor inquiries, analyst estimates Ad Hoc presentations for EXL’s CEO, CFO and VPs as needed, including analyst research summaries Proactively monitoring First Call estimates and Price Targets for accuracy which includes working with Finance to resolve any errors of fact in ADP metrics and discrepancies in estimates posted on First Call (where published reports provide conflicting data) Involvement in the preparation of CEO and CFO presentations for ADP to Board of Directors, Town Hall meetings, Financial Analyst Conference, Ex-com, and as requested throughout the year Manage the Company share buyback program Building strong relationships with external stakeholders including rating agencies, investors, and research analyst as well as providing a feedback loop to internal partners Providing senior management with feedback related to discussions with the investment community, commentary regarding events within the market and industry Serve as the company’s information conduit and point of contact to the investor community Prepare content for and participate in client meetings where appropriate/necessary
