YOUR TASK

  • Define and implement a global training & skilling strategy for T-Systems across all markets
  • Develop a skill transformation strategy, identifying critical future skills, and implementing targeted learning journeys
  • Drive the strategic training portfolio, ensuring business-aligned and high-impact learning initiatives
  • Introduce new ways of learning, incorporating digital, immersive, and experiential methods
  • Establish a KPI framework to measure the impact of L&D on business outcomes
  • Oversee the training budget, optimizing investment in employee development
  • Lead strategic upskilling and reskilling programs, ensuring T-Systems employees are equipped to adapt to rapid industry changes
  • Collaborate closely with internal HR, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align learning with T-System’s business strategy
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Business Alignment
  • Act as the strategic advisor on learning, talent, and culture to T-Systems’ senior executives
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, business unit leaders, and external stakeholders
  • Drive a global governance model, ensuring alignment across T-Systems’ geographies and business functions
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing international team
