ROLE SUMMARY
As VP of Growth, you’ll be the strategic architect of our expansion, responsible for scaling our game-making learning community through strategic partnerships and sustainable revenue growth. This role builds upon and elevates our existing partnerships function, transforming it into a comprehensive growth engine that encompasses both partnership development and funding strategy.
You’ll work at the intersection of mission and business strategy, developing relationships with operating partners who deliver our programs, funding partners who invest in our impact, and the communities we serve. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll manage and grow our partnerships team while driving both direct revenue generation and third-party funding commitments. You’ll be equally comfortable building relationships with educational institutions and NGOs in emerging markets as you are securing major funding partnerships and developing innovative revenue models.
