THE POSITION

We are seeking a VP Growth Engineering to lead our global revenue enablement strategy while overseeing the full scope of our Revenue Operations function. You’ll be at the center of how Hive scales its go-to-market engine - equipping our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the tools, training, insights, and processes they need to perform at their best.
This dual-role leadership position combines enablement excellence (onboarding, content, playbooks, GTM readiness) with operational rigor (systems, data, tooling, forecasting, and process optimization). You’ll build a holistic and scalable approach to driving revenue growth—ensuring both the people and the platform are fully enabled.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hive’s GTM execution and performance across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead a cohesive Revenue Enablement strategy: onboarding, continuous training, sales methodology, GTM readiness, playbooks, and knowledge management.
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and CS through targeted enablement initiatives that improve productivity, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.
  • Own the Revenue Operations function, including forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, and performance tracking.
  • Manage our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, sales intelligence, enablement tools), ensuring strategic adoption and ROI across the revenue organization.
  • Work cross-functionally to continuously optimize GTM processes and remove friction across the buyer journey.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure our GTM strategy is backed by data, scalable systems, and high-impact enablement.
  • Build and lead a growing team across both enablement and RevOps disciplines.
