Your Impact Drive revenue growth by shaping and executing a Prairies & North business development strategy aligned with market conditions and organizational priorities. Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across environmental assessment, permitting, remediation, geotechnical engineering, occupational hygiene, and water resources. Lead market and competitive analysis, co‑chair Strategic Growth Committees, manage a disciplined regional pipeline, and take personal ownership of “must‑win” pursuits through robust capture planning. Build and deepen relationships with clients, regulators, industry partners, and community stakeholders to expand WSP’s influence and market presence. Lead high‑value client reviews, develop tools to showcase WSP’s comprehensive capabilities, and act as a trusted advisor who aligns client needs with impactful solutions. Represent WSP at key industry events, conferences, and professional associations to strengthen visibility and trust. Foster strong internal alignment by partnering with Indigenous Relations on key partnerships and collaborating with technical and operational leaders to advance competitive pursuits. Enable enterprise‑wide growth by creating effective “front‑door” strategies, identifying cross‑selling pathways, and tracking client spend to reveal new opportunities. Mentor teams in best‑in‑class business development practices, elevating proposal quality and client engagement.
