We are seeking an experienced VP, Head of Commercial Management to lead and develop our commercial management capabilities across patent licensing and litigation programs. This role carries end‑to‑end ownership of commercial governance in deal and offer approval processes, contract and royalty management, and economic analysis, supporting licensing and litigation strategies. The position plays a critical role in shaping and safeguarding the overall portfolio story, ensuring commercial excellence, robust governance, and alignment across licensing, litigation, and external stakeholders. This is a highly visible leadership role at the heart of our commercial and licensing operations. You will shape how we manage value, risk, and governance across a world‑class IP portfolio, working with experienced professionals and influencing outcomes with significant strategic and financial impact.   The ideal candidate brings extensive senior-level experience in commercial management, preferably within patent licensing, intellectual property, or other technology-driven environments. He/she demonstrates a strong expertise in contract management, pricing strategies, royalty models, and FRAND-related topics, complemented by a proven track record in litigation investment. A solid understanding of economic analysis as it applies to licensing and portfolio strategy is essential. The role also requires the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders, effectively balancing strategic oversight with operational excellence.
