At Zensai, we're building a modern Finance function designed to scale as the business grows. As Finance evolves, FP&A must move beyond traditional reporting and forecasting into better decision support, forward-looking insight and performance management. As VP / Head of FP&A, you'll be responsible for turning financial and operational insight into better decisions across Zensai. This is a hands-on FP&A leadership role with strategic impact. You'll work closely with Jacob Olsen our CFO, executive leadership team and business leaders across the organisation, ensuring Zensai has the financial insight, SaaS metrics, forecasting capability and decision support needed to operate as an AI-driven business. You'll lead a small FP&A team, including an FP&A Manager and FP&A Business Partners, and together you'll own Zensai's financial framework. That means ensuring monthly management reporting, budgeting and strategic planning are built on the same framework, KPIs and principles. You'll also work closely with our VP / Head of Finance and our AI Transformation Office. Together, you'll ensure Finance is built on reliable data, while FP&A turns that data into commercial insight and business context for better decision-making. Key Responsibilities Planning, Forecasting & Performance Own Zensai's financial framework together with the FP&A team, ensuring planning, forecasting, management reporting and strategic planning are built on the same KPIs and principles. Ensure alignment between strategy, operating plans, financial targets and resource allocation. Lead the company's planning, forecasting and performance management processes. SaaS Metrics & Business Performance Own and continuously improve Zensai's SaaS KPI framework, turning data into actionable business insight. Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success and Product to connect financial performance with operational drivers. Act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders understand trade-offs and make better decisions. AI in FP&A Lead the practical use of AI within FP&A to improve forecasting, scenario modelling, performance analysis and decision support. Use AI to automate repetitive work and give the business faster, better insight—not simply produce reports more quickly. Champion the adoption of AI across the Finance function through practical use and continuous improvement. What You Bring Strong FP&A experience, from a SaaS or recurring revenue business Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, SaaS economics, operating models and value drivers Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills and ability to influence across functions A combination of hands-on ownership and strategics mindset with the ability and willingness to work directly in the detail of models, data, reporting packages and business performance discussions We're looking for someone who's already embracing AI in their day-to-day work.
