Position Description: FIA Tech is seeking an energetic, dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and grow our global sales team. This is a player/coach role: you will actively engage in high-value sales opportunities while mentoring and managing a team of sales professionals based in New York and London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to both sell-side and buy-side firms, including asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Responsibilities: · Lead, and manage a high-performing sales team across the US and UK. · Personally drive sales engagements with buy-side and sell-side clients. · Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with FIA Tech’s growth objectives. · Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Operations teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction. · Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and pipeline health. · Provide coaching, training, and career development for sales team members. Employ a “lead from the front” approach. · Represent FIA Tech at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications/ Preferred Experience: · 12+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years selling to buy-side institutions. · Experience managing geographically distributed sales teams. · Deep understanding of capital markets, particularly exchange traded derivatives and pre and/or post-trade workflows. · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. · Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
