Our goal is to blur the line between home and hospitality, creating an integrated experience that engages our guests and immerses them in the RH lifestyle. RH is seeking a Vice President, Hospitality Field Leader, Europe, to define and lead the regional strategy, operating model, and performance platform for all Hospitality properties across the Region. This senior executive will align brand standards, financial performance, governance, and talent into a disciplined and scalable framework that supports long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strategic clarity, operational depth, and executive presence — a leader who protects the brand, builds enduring teams, and delivers sustained performance across a complex, multi-country landscape. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  * Define and execute the European hospitality strategy, aligning growth, brand integrity, and economic performance * Architect and continuously refine the regional operating model, establishing scalable systems, standards, and governance frameworks * Own full regional P&L accountability across all properties, driving disciplined financial performance and margin expansion * Establish enterprise-level performance expectations rooted in clarity, consistency, and operational excellence * Lead market entry and expansion planning, ensuring operational readiness, cultural alignment, and long-term viability * Build and develop a high-performing regional leadership bench, creating succession depth and organizational resilience * Establish and uphold regional compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory, health and safety, and multi-country employment requirements * Anticipate and mitigate financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risk across multiple countries * Serve as the senior European Hospitality partner to Home Office leadership, shaping alignment, strategy, and cross-functional execution OUR REQUIREMENTS  * 10+ years of progressive executive leadership within luxury hospitality or multi-unit operations * Demonstrated ownership of multi-property regional P&L performance * Experience leading operations across multiple European countries, with strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks * Proven ability to design scalable systems and lead organizational growth * Exceptional executive presence and communication skills * Proficiency in multiple languages (English required; French, Italian, and Spanish preferred) * London-based, with extensive regional travel required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  * Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg using appropriate techniques and equipment * Work standing and walking for extended periods of time * Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment We kindly request you submit your application materials, including your resume, in English, as proficiency in English is essential for this role.
