We are looking for a strategic, hands-on VP of HR to join our leadership team and help scale the company through its next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, knows how to balance business needs with people experience, and is passionate about building high-performing, healthy organizations. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team on organizational design, scaling, leadership, culture, and people strategy Lead and mentor the HR function across all domains, including business partnering, talent acquisition, employee experience, compensation, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations Build scalable HR processes and infrastructure that support rapid company growth while maintaining agility and a strong culture Partner closely with managers across the company to improve effectiveness, accountability, feedback culture, and employee development Drive organizational initiatives around engagement, retention, manager excellence, career growth, and internal communication Own and evolve performance management processes, compensation cycles, and employee development frameworks Support global growth and scaling, including hiring strategy, organizational planning, and change management Ensure excellent employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle - from candidate experience through onboarding, growth, and retention Lead HR-related compliance, policies, and operational excellence Use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously improve HR effectiveness Requirements 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including experience leading HR in high-growth startups or scaling technology companies Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology companies Proven experience working closely with executive leadership teams Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to company goals Hands-on mindset with the ability to both think strategically and execute operationally Experience building and scaling HR processes in dynamic environments Strong background in organizational development, coaching managers, and navigating change Experience leading recruiting organizations and partnering closely with talent acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High emotional intelligence, strong judgment, and the ability to build trust across all levels
