JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer, the Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer acts both as a Human Capital thought leader as well as a strategic and tactical leader for designated human capital functions to include leadership development, benefits, compensation and HRIS. The Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer will apply best-in-class practices to transform and optimize Human Capital. Leveraging outstanding leadership skills, the Deputy CHCO will act as role model and mentor for the teams they lead as well as the customers they serve.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a strong partner and advisor to the Chief Human Capital Officer to advise on and plan for business requirements and changes. Develops strategies to mature and optimize Human Capital current operations.
  • Leads, manages and develops teams responsible for, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and leadership development.
  • Oversees the company-wide workforce plan strategy, programs and process. Prepares for talent gaps using data analytics and insights. Leads the design and development of succession planning, leadership development and emerging leader development initiatives.
  • Partners closely and collaborates with other Human Capital leadership to ensure Human Capital’s cohesion, effectiveness and efficiency as well as optimize the employee life cycle.
  • Ensures team delivery against goals, deadlines and projects across areas of responsibility.
  • Works closely with colleagues and stakeholders to evolve and strengthen our corporate culture that supports inclusion and belonging.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government-reporting obligations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Wage & Hour, OFCCP, FAR, employer benefit programs, and employment law.
  • Manages vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Performs other duties as required.
