CropX, a leading and fast-growing company (approximately 110 employees worldwide), is seeking a VP of HR to join the company’s executive management team, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a strategic, hands-on role with a real opportunity to shape company culture, scale global teams, and support continued growth through expansion and acquisitions. The VP of HR will lead all people-related initiatives, including talent strategy, organizational development, leadership growth, and employee experience across multiple regions. At least 10 years of experience in senior HR management roles, including experience in global startups Very high level of English Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Advantage: Experience with mergers and acquisitions processes (we acquire, on average, one company per year) Experience in executive and leadership development processes
