Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a high-performing sales leader to spearhead institutional growth across the digital assets ecosystem. This role focuses on acquiring and managing strategic relationships with key players in the Web3 space, including trading platforms, OTC partners, and private clients. Youll play a vital role in driving transactional revenue, shaping commercial strategy, and expanding market presence in a fast-evolving sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 to 6 years of success in institutional sales or business development roles within crypto or digital assets
  • Strong knowledge of digital asset infrastructure including custody, stablecoins, and tokenized finance
  • Demonstrated track record of driving deal flow and managing senior-level relationships
  • Deep industry network across exchanges, OTC desks, Web3 platforms, family offices, and other institutional players
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, confident in navigating new opportunities and market shifts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, STEM, or related field

Responsibilities
  • Originate, close, and grow revenue-generating relationships with institutional clients in the digital assets space (e.g., exchanges, OTC desks, and HNW clients)
  • Deliver tailored solutions across custody, settlement, on/off-ramp services, and digital asset liquidity
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution
  • Build deep and lasting partnerships through proactive relationship management and trusted advisory
  • Provide timely market insights to support internal product and commercial strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
