This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience in cross-border commerce, platform strategy, and organizational leadership. You will oversee a significant team covering product, engineering, sales, programs and other critical teams and with the purpose of driving our ambitious expansion plans. What You Will Do • Take responsibility for Rocket Growth’s cross-border strategy with a focus on driving expansion and operational excellence. • Develop strategic partnerships with logistics providers, customs authorities, and government agencies to streamline cross-border operations. • Lead a large cross-functional team across sales, product and program/operations teams to execute initiatives that improve seller experience and customer satisfaction. • Own P&L accountability, driving growth, margin optimization, and customer promise accuracy. • Demonstrate operational excellence in governance and analytics frameworks, setting KPIs and running WBR/QBR cadences for performance and continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications • Extensive experience in cross-border eCommerce, international logistics, or marketplace strategy, with proven P&L ownership. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling international commerce programs across multiple markets. • Deep knowledge of export flows, customs regulations, HS codes, and Incoterms. • Experience leading product + engineering + operations workstreams to deliver tech-enabled solutions. • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including familiarity with BI tools and performance metrics. • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management across geographies and functions. • Bilingual: fluent in Mandarin and English • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications • Experience at global ecommerce or internet platforms with scale. • Deep understanding of cross-border trade, challenges and opportunities. • MBA or advanced degree. • Track record of building cross-border partnerships with government agencies and trade bodies.
