Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo’s total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo’s employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Vice President - Lead Credit Portfolio Consultant to execute against the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program and CRE-wide Issues Management objectives in support of Wells Fargo’s Risk Management Framework. This role will support the execution of the RCSA program for underwriting and portfolio management across the CRE sublines of business, ensuring consistency. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Management (PM) and Independent Risk Management (IRM) leadership and stakeholders to assess risk and propose and implement solutions.
  • Perform assessments across multiple CRE business lines and functions through fact finding and data analysis requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate which may involve escalations, communication and reporting as needed to senior leadership.
  • Support and drive alignment of common and shared controls, assessing overlap between control environment and transformation initiatives while further solidifying control and line of business partnerships.
