Job Objectives This role partners closely with Business Units and Supporting Units, including Group Marketing and Communications (GM&C), Transformation & Data, Technology, and Operations, to design and deliver future‑ready learning solutions aligned to business strategy and enterprise transformation priorities. Responsibilities Partner closely with business and supporting unit stakeholders (GM&C, Transformation & Data, Technology & Operations) to design, implement, and sustain learning & development (L&D) solutions aligned with functional strategies, operating models, and regulatory requirements Drive and execute learning agendas, regional roadmaps, and strategic capability‑building programmes, including those supporting digital, data, technology, and operating model transformation Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business challenges into impactful learning solutions through proactive engagement with senior stakeholders Embed Generative AI and digital learning technologies into learning design, delivery, and evaluation to enhance learner experience, productivity, and scalability Advise stakeholders on responsible, effective, and value‑adding use of Generative AI in learning, capability development, and ways of working Continually evaluate and assess the effectiveness and business impact of curricula and programmes using data, learner feedback, and senior management insights Ensure flawless execution of learning programmes to deliver a consistent, high‑quality, and engaging learner experience Represent DBS Academy through clear, concise, and client‑oriented communication, demonstrating strong business acumen and consultative capability Identify, evaluate, and deliver appropriate learning interventions using innovative modalities (e.g. blended learning, digital platforms, AI‑enabled tools, in‑house expertise, and external vendors) Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and growth mindset across stakeholders and learners Ensure all learning activities comply with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements Degree holder with at least 8 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably within the financial services industry Proven experience partnering with both Business Units and Supporting Units (e.g. risk, finance, technology, operations, transformation, data) Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, consult, and challenge senior leaders constructively Demonstrated experience in learning programme design, delivery, and facilitation, including stand‑up or senior‑level sessions Working knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI, digital learning tools, or learning technologies; ability to apply these meaningfully in L&D solutions Strong innovative and growth mindset, with curiosity to experiment, learn, and continuously improve learning approaches Ability to leverage data, analytics, and insights to assess learning effectiveness and inform decision‑making Experience in vendor management and managing complex L&D programmes end‑to‑end Digital literacy and strong understanding of technology, data, and emerging trends impacting skills and workforce transformation Experience in Technology, Generative AI, prompt engineering is an advantage Exposure to Banking industry, Business or Supporting Units, Technology, or Operations training is preferred Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
