Description

Lead NAM regional UAT efforts for Loan IQ related to strategic programs, regulatory initiatives, platform enhancements, and production fixes. Coordinate testing execution across NAM stakeholders, ensuring test coverage for functional, operational, regulatory, and downstream impacts. Drive defect triage and resolution, partnering with Technology, Business SMEs, and global teams to ensure timely remediation and retesting. Prepare and deliver clear UAT reporting, including daily status updates, metrics, risk/issue escalation, and readiness assessments for business sign-off. Support implementation planning and post-go-live validation, ensuring a smooth operational transition with no client or financial impacts. 6-10 years of relevant experience with Loan IQ in UAT, Business Analysis, Technology, or Loan Operations. Strong understanding of Syndicated Lending, Bilateral Loans, Agency Services, and Commercial Loan Operations, ideally within a global bank environment. Strong command of UAT tools such as JIRA and experience with testing documentation and traceability. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to work across globally distributed teams. Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead testing efforts in a matrixed environment.
