We are adding a second Vice President of Maintenance Operations role. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with all levels of leadership throughout the organization. The Vice President of Maintenance Operations is responsible for leading a team of our Regional Maintenance Managers and the broader maintenance teams to achieve consistent high-level financial, operational, and resident satisfaction results for each multifamily residential property within their portfolio.
They will partner in leading Goldmark Property Management’s overall maintenance service strategies and initiatives to achieve successful results. The Vice President of Maintenance Operations is a key partner in the development and implementation of company initiatives, policies, and processes.
The Vice President of Maintenance Operations is responsible for bringing together cross-functional teams aligned on common goals and objectives. They are responsible for ensuring individual team members’ personal and professional growth and development through supporting, mentoring, coaching, informal and formal training, and consistent individual and team recognition. They will work diligently to hire, lead, train, develop, coach, motivate, and support high quality maintenance teams. The Vice President monitors and leads our Goldmark values for a positive impact throughout the organization. The Vice President will strive to be the industry expert in multifamily residential property maintenance and help grow the knowledge and expertise within their teams.
Starting salary at $125,000+ based on experience. This position may be located in Fargo, ND, or Minneapolis, MN.
