Head of (f/m/d) Global Production – KENNZIFFER 3145

Key position with a direct reporting line to the board

YOUR TASKS

• Key strategic role in the further development and implementation of a future-oriented production strategy in line with corporate goals
• Continuous optimization of production processes as well as consistent further development of Lean Management, Operational Excellence and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).
• Ensuring a smooth production process through the efficient use of personnel, materials and technical resources.
• Further development and monitoring of quality standards and processes
• Promoting the exchange of information across locations and intensifying cooperation between the individual production sites at home and abroad

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed technical or business administration studies
• Several years of professional and management experience with comprehensive production responsibility, e.g. as plant manager, production manager or in a comparable management position.
• Professional experience in an industry environment with technically demanding products, ideally in the manufacture of metallic components or comparable industrial manufacturing processes.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, automation and Industry 4.0
• Strong process understanding, analytical skills, and experience in project management.
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
