The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven VP of Marketing and Demand Generation professional to lead the marketing team and provide strategic marketing programs that generate pipeline, expand our reach, and convert high-value accounts. This role is critical to marketing and branding our products with a key focus on demand generation to accelerate our growth and focus heavily on integrated campaigns, content mapping, event strategy, and optimizing the digital buyer journey for lead generation and conversion.
You will be responsible for managing the marketing team which currently consists of (2) product marketing leaders, (1) marketing director, (1) digital marketing manager, and (1) partner marketing enablement leader.
Core Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B software.
  • Knowledge of enterprise storage and/or data protection market. Knowledge of AI technology.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams and programs that drive revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, sales cycles, and marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
