  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and executive leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee internal communications efforts to foster a strong company culture, drive employee engagement, and promote information sharing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, PR, social media, and content strategy best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
