• Experience in food, FMCG, or food tech-driven industries.
• Proven expertise in brand building, digital marketing, PR, and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer engagement strategies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
• A visionary thinker with a data-driven mindset, balancing creativity with analytical rigor to drive meaningful results.
• Fluency in German and English is required
