Description The Vice President of Marketing will build, scale, and lead FEG’s marketing function through its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy with a clear mandate to drive same-store sales growth, accelerate new location launches, strengthen partner integration, and expand brand impact with disciplined execution. This leader operates as a true commercial partner—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution—while leading a lean, high-performing team in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. Key Responsibilities Commercial Growth & Revenue Impact · Own marketing strategy that directly drives same-store sales growth, recharge behavior, guest engagement, and revenue lift. · Partner with commercial, analytics, and operations leaders on pricing, promotions, packaging, and experiential testing. · Lead go-to-market strategy for new location launches from pre-launch through optimization. · Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure ROI and continuously optimize results. Brand, Partner & Market Expansion · Strengthen and evolve FEG’s brand positioning across all locations and markets. · Serve as the senior marketing partner to resort and destination stakeholders, supporting cross-promotion and package integration. · Lead PR, communications, and reputation management. · Oversee social and activation strategies that drive awareness and measurable commercial impact. Organizational Leadership & Scalable Execution · Build, develop, and scale a high-performing marketing team with clear ownership and accountability. · Create repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and processes that scale across markets. · Own and manage the marketing budget with disciplined ROI focus. · Lead agency and vendor partnerships to ensure speed, quality, and efficiency. · Maintain a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and execution. Requirements · 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership in growth-focused organizations. · Deep experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, paid media, and social management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Google/Meta Ads) to drive measurable revenue impact. Experience selecting, optimizing, and integrating platforms preferred. · Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing teams and performance systems. · Proven revenue impact in entertainment, hospitality, attractions, gaming, or experiential brands. · Experience supporting new market or location launches. · Data-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity. · Strong executive presence and cross-functional partnership skills. · Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on when needed.
