About the Role Bitkernel is redefining how sports organizations engage, monetize, and grow their global fan bases. We are building next-generation, direct-to-consumer streaming and fan engagement platforms powered by our Goose infrastructure—starting with top-tier football clubs in Brazil and scaling globally. This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a 0→1 + scale leadership opportunity to architect and operationalize the full growth engine behind a new category of digital sports platforms—spanning: Streaming + content ecosystems Fan engagement and community platforms Monetization models (subscription, PPV, virtual economy) Multi-market global expansion You will own the full lifecycle: Launch → Growth → Monetization → Global Scale …and build the system that makes it repeatable across clubs, markets, and verticals. What You'll Own: 1. Global Growth Strategy & Market Expansion Define and execute expansion roadmap: Brazil → LATAM → Global Build repeatable go-to-market playbooks across clubs and markets Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies: App ecosystems (iOS, Android, Smart TV) Social (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) Strategic distribution (telcos, media, sponsors) Segment and scale across: Local vs. global fans Casual vs. core audiences 2. Fan Engagement & Community Systems Design a standardized fan engagement architecture across all platforms: Live match interaction (chat, real-time features) Community ecosystems (groups, discussions) Gamification (points, missions, loyalty loops) Membership tiers (VIP, premium experiences) Own and optimize key metrics: Engagement (watch time, interaction depth) Retention (D1 / D7 / D30) Conversion and monetization funnels 3. Content & Programming Strategy Define scalable content frameworks: Live matches, highlights, behind-the-scenes, player access Drive content cadence and distribution strategy Enable club partners to elevate content production capabilities Lead multilingual content expansion (Portuguese, Spanish, English) 4. Monetization & Revenue Architecture Design and scale diversified revenue streams: Subscription (SVOD) Pay-per-view (PPV) Advertising (AVOD) Virtual economy (gifting, tipping) Commerce (merchandising) Optimize core business metrics: ARPU / LTV Paid conversion rates Develop pricing strategies across global markets 5. Data, Analytics & Growth Optimization Build the full funnel: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue → Referral Establish dashboards and performance infrastructure Lead experimentation strategy: A/B testing Conversion rate optimization (CRO) Create cross-market and cross-club benchmarking systems 6. Team & Operational Scaling Build and lead a global Marketing & Operations function Establish scalable operating systems and SOPs Manage multi-market, multi-partner execution Oversee agencies, local operators, and distribution partners 7.
