  • MARKET POSITIONING & COMMERCIAL STRATEGYDevelop differentiated value propositions and go-to-market strategies for platforms like Hospital Automation, Root®, Patient SafetyNet™, and consumer wearables, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive trends.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATIONCollaborate across R&D, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales to streamline product portfolio development, go-to-market execution, and launch excellence.
  • PORTFOLIO & LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENTOversee product roadmap and lifecycle planning—balancing hospital-grade platforms and consumer-facing technologies—with the ability to identify and deliver scalable, cross-segment opportunities.
  • CUSTOMER & CHANNEL ENGAGEMENTLead direct engagement with healthcare institutions, clinical customers, and consumer channels to refine offerings, strengthen adoption, and ensure scalable deployment.
