SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • Integrated Planning – Track record of aligning media with creative and marketing strategy to drive meaningful customer engagement.
  • Channel Expertise – Deep knowledge of paid, owned, and emerging media channels including digital, social, SEM, display, and influencer marketing, with the ability to build integrated, brand-aligned plans.
  • Change Leadership – Proven success leading marketing transformation or change management initiatives in large or matrixed environments.
  • Agility & Innovation – Agile mindset with comfort leading through ambiguity, testing new ideas, and adapting quickly to change.
  • Leadership Presence – Strong leadership presence, with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Clear & Strategic Communicator – Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Define and Lead a Customer-Led Media Vision: Develop a modern media strategy anchored in customer journeys, behavioral insights, and brand storytelling. Champion full-funnel thinking across paid, social, and emerging channels.
  • Modernize Media Planning & Operating Models: Focus on strategic integration with creative and marketing strategy. Redesign processes to embed media earlier in campaign development and connect seamlessly with marketing rhythms.
  • Drive Organizational Change and Capability Building: Lead the transformation of media-related roles, responsibilities, and skills—guiding teams through new ways of working, and fostering a collaborative, learning-driven culture.
  • Foster Deep Integration with Creative & Marketing Strategy: Serve as the connective tissue between media, creative, and marketing strategy teams to ensure aligned narratives, effective brief development, and end-to-end creative/media cohesion.
  • Partner Effectively with Agencies and Internal Stakeholders: Lead external partnerships and internal alignment to ensure high-quality execution, transparency, and collaboration across channels.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
