THE OPPORTUNITY Cyera is seeking a Vice President, North America Channels to build, scale, and lead our partner ecosystem across the region. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through strategic alliances, solution providers, cloud partners, and MSSPs. You will define and execute Cyera’s North America channel strategy, recruit and enable high-impact partners, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a world-class partner program. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive North America partner strategy aligned with Cyera’s go-to-market objectives Build the Ecosystem: Recruit, onboard, and scale relationships with key partners including VARs, GSIs, MSSPs, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) Drive Revenue Growth: Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets Partner Enablement: Design and implement enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively position, sell, and deliver Cyera solutions Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with regional sales leadership to drive joint account planning and co-selling motions Program Development: Build scalable partner programs, incentives, and frameworks that accelerate partner engagement and performance Executive Relationships: Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with partner executives Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing on joint campaigns, Product on integrations, and Customer Success on partner delivery models Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing channel team across North America Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of experience in channel/alliances leadership in cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise SaaS Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems in North America Strong relationships with key channel partners (e.g., CDW, Optiv, SHI, GuidePoint, WWT, GSIs, hyperscalers) Experience driving significant partner-sourced revenue at scale Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and co-selling motions Strong executive presence and ability to influence both internally and externally Experience in high-growth, startup or scale-up environments preferred Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
