About the role This is an opportunity to build one of the most influential brands in asset management. Tidal is redefining what it means to launch, operate, and scale ETFs. As the industry’s leading white-label platform, we partner with some of the most ambitious asset managers in the world—and we are entering a new phase where brand leadership is a primary growth engine. We are hiring a Vice President of Brand to architect, elevate, and scale Tidal’s brand at a category-defining level. This role is for a creative, commercially minded brand leader who understands how powerful brand strategy accelerates growth, trust, and market leadership in complex B2B environments. You will own Tidal’s brand end-to-end—setting the vision, sharpening the narrative, and ensuring every touchpoint reinforces authority, credibility, and differentiation in a crowded ETF landscape. What you'll do Define and lead Tidal’s brand vision, positioning, and narrative - anchored in real, provable client value Build first-consideration brand status across the ETF ecosystem (issuers, partners, media, and influencers) Establish Tidal as the most trusted, authoritative voice in white-label ETFs Lead and integrate brand disciplines including advertising, promotion, events, research, content, and demand creation Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences Balance strategic rigor with bold creative thinking - raising the bar for both storytelling and execution Bring fresh perspective, modern brand thinking, and strong judgment to a fast-growing, high-expectation business Qualifications You are a senior brand leader who: Has 10–15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B brands in competitive, high-value markets Brings deep B2B marketing expertise (non-negotiable) Knows how to create distinction, trust, and relevance in complex or regulated categories Has experience in financial services (ETF experience a strong advantage) Is equally comfortable with brand strategy and hands-on execution Is a confident, motivating leader who can inspire teams and influence at the executive level Thinks commercially, creatively, and strategically - and executes with discipline Has a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact Why Tidal This is a rare opportunity to: Shape the brand of a true category leader at a pivotal growth moment Work in close partnership with executive leadership and the broader commercial organization Build a brand that sets the standard for an entire segment of asset management Leave a lasting mark on one of the fastest-growing areas of financial services If you are energized by building brands that matter - and want to define how the ETF industry sees its most important partner -this role is for you.
