ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead our product engineering organization and deliver world-class digital experiences for members, physicians, and clinical teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role will oversee engineering teams responsible for Atria’s member portal, mobile applications, physician experience tools, internal clinical operations systems, and care coordination platforms.
The VP Engineering will set the technical and organizational strategy for building secure, reliable, and polished healthcare technology products that reflect Atria’s commitment to quality and innovation. This leader must balance long-term platform scalability with the urgency of shipping at speed, ensuring internal-facing tools move quickly while member-facing experiences meet the highest bar of craftsmanship and usability. They will also play a critical role in modernizing engineering practices, championing the use of AI for software development, testing, and operational excellence.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will guide architecture and technical direction, scale a global engineering organization (with a mix of local and offshore resources), and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
