Responsibilities


    • Drive the development and execution of our sales strategy for the EMEA region, aimed at expanding adjoe’s reach among all app publishers.

    • Lead, mentor, and empower your sales team, supporting partnership managers to increase successful calls and close more deals.
    • Craft country and vertical specific sales strategies, set annual targets, and onboard new publisher accounts to fuel growth.
    • Maintain full oversight of the regional sales pipeline and establish timely and accurate reporting.
    • Lead by example, taking the lead on closing enterprise accounts while enabling your team’s success.
    • Collaborate closely with account management and product / tech teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding and long-term partnerships.
    • Represent adjoe as a speaker and participant at key industry events and conferences, enhancing brand presence and visibility.
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement an effective marketing strategy, especially for new verticals we are expanding to.
