Job Title: VP of Finance & Accounting Company: All Pro Capital, LLC Department: Accounting Reports to: President Job Type: Regular Full-Time Work Hours: M-TH 8-5 & Fri 8-1 Effective Date: 11/1/2025 Exemption Status: Exempt Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 base salary Bonus Potential: Based on the savings of the tax return completion cost Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance/AD&D/Short-Term Disability Insurance Unlimited paid time off (PTO) 401K Investment with immediate vesting 6% company match After one year of service, eligible for discretionary profit sharing based on business results Role Summary: Provides oversight of all accounting duties & completes All Pro Capital’s 65+ tax returns in a timely fashion. Should be willing to assist and manage standing up a Deferred Sales Trust Trustee business, a Registered Investment Advisory business, and a Qualified Intermediary 1031 Exchange business. Would implement strategic AI objectives. Would stand up a tax-based service business. Will interact on behalf of All Pro Capital with a potential upstream REIT. Would complete PPM audits. Supervisory Responsibilities: TBD Essential Functions: Completes All Pro Capital LLC and 65+ LLLP tax returns without assistance Manages tax fulfillment software and register as an Electronic Return Originator Prepares/reviews accurate & timely financial statements for All Pro Capital LLC Works with Director of Risk to assist in the monitoring of senior debt on projects Creates a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs Routinely reviews the 2 debt fund financials to ensure accurate reporting Manages the company’s compliance with local and federal regulatory matters Works to establish business plans, budgets, and goals for All Pro Capital and other subordinate businesses Promotes an atmosphere of accountability that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Builds strategic relationships and a network of business contacts Other duties as necessary Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA license 5 + years in a corporate tax firm with a real estate emphasis, managing client tax relationships and completing tax returns Experience developing tax strategies regarding real estate investments Experience managing others In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit, and tax compliance, and other regulatory matters Adept in fiscal management principles and processes, including resource management and needs assessment Experience partnering with Executive Management to establish and track revenue/expense goals Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting /tax issues Knowledge of governmental regulations and code compliance requirements Skilled in planning, organizing, and supervising Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, problem-solving, and decision-making Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with management, customers, and vendors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
