WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Finance to lead all aspects of financial management and planning. This executive will play a key leadership role in shaping our financial future, driving fiscal discipline, enabling strategic decisions, and supporting long-term business growth across all revenue channels including media rights, sponsorships, merchandising, ticketing, and events.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in preferably, manufacturing and distribution
• 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Prior experience in the sport ‘s apparel and accessories industries highly preferred.
• Experience with Sport’s club or organization is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop financial strategy and drive organizational results.
• Familiarity with revenue models in sponsorship, licensing, events, and media is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience working with boards and investors.

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with company goals
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to evaluate business opportunities, pricing strategies, and expansion plans

Financial Management & Operations

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including oversight of bookkeeping, payroll, employee business expenses, commission payout structure, and AP/AR

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax lawsFamiliar with non-profit entities structures and trust funds operation.

Data-Driven Decision Support

• Provide financial modeling and analysis to support product development, marketing ROI, and supply chain optimization
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance

Capital & Investor Relations

• Assist with fundraising efforts, including financial due diligence and investor reporting
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a small, agile finance team (in-house or outsourced)
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Able to work with in-house counsel on policies and guidelines

Additionally

• Experienced in financials of sport’s clubs, Sports facilities operation, indoor and outdoor training fields operation
• Expert in due diligence, acquisitions and analysis of P&L of sport related operation
• Prepare board level presentations
• Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships and business cases with detailed financial and strategic analysis
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal financial regulations
