PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in global sourcing or procurement within the manufacturing sector
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, cost savings, and strategic sourcing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and logistics
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing analytics tools

EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field (MBA)
