JOB SUMMARY

The VP of High Volume Business responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the ecommerce platform at Pellera Technologies. This includes managing ordering and shipping logistics, warehousing and fleet logistics, real estate and insurance matters, integration lifecycle services, and RMA/warranty/refurbishment processes. The role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient backend operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ecommerce operations or logistics leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics systems.
  • Experience with integration lifecycle management and ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the ecommerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Oversee ordering and shipping logistics, including coordination with fulfillment partners and carriers.
  • Manage warehousing operations and logistics, including vehicle fleet management.
  • Handle real estate and insurance matters related to ecommerce operations.
  • Supervise integration lifecycle management services to ensure smooth onboarding and system interoperability.
  • Develop and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), warranty, and refurbishment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, customer service, and finance to align ecommerce operations with business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
