Description

The Organization:
Creation Investments Capital Management, LLC is a leading impact investment firm specializing in private equity and private credit in the financial services sector. For over 18 years, we have been a pioneer in Impact Investing, demonstrating that strong financial returns and measurable social impact can go hand in hand.
We manage $1.8 billion in assets across multiple private funds and investment vehicles for individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. In partnership with our portfolio companies, we provide critical access to capital for unbanked and underbanked communities—empowering small-business activity, supporting entrepreneurship (especially among women), and advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Our portfolio companies currently serve more than 60 million entrepreneurs, with over $19 billion in micro and small business loans outstanding, $7.1 billion in micro‑savings, 9 million micro‑insurance policies, and $5 billion in mobile payments processed.
Creation has a team of 20 professionals across four cities—Chicago and Dallas in the U.S., and Mexico City, Mexico, and Bangalore, India. We are poised for significant growth in assets, building the teams, structures, and processes necessary to scale our impact.
