The Vice President of Marketing plays a critical role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, and creating strategic opportunities for the company to achieve its objectives.
The Vice President is a key driver of business growth, brand awareness and market expansion. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and customer acquisition while enhancing Bluesight’s brand positioning and revenue growth. The Vice President collaborates closely with product teams and oversees content and campaign execution to ensure alignment with company objectives and market opportunities, aligning creative vision with strategic business goals.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 10+ Years of experience in marketing or demand generation in a SaaS company
  • Proven history of building brand strategies and executing integrated campaigns in a fast-paced SaaS environment that drive robust pipeline
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, PE backed company
  • Understanding of marketing attribution across channels
    Bluesight offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The annualized base pay range for this position starts at $185,000, and includes eligibility for an annual incentive bonus in addition to base salary. The actual wage offered may be higher depending on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
