Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth in the ambulatory and senior living verticals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, supporting their growth and professional development.
  • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, content, product, PR, and events.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
  • Own the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs to evaluate the success of all initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy, including media relations, press releases, newsletters, and executive presentations.
