Job Description Unitek is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Education Management (CEM) to oversee the planning and coordination of clinical partnerships and ensure alignment with the organization’s educational and clinical training goals. This role is responsible for developing and managing contractual agreements, optimizing clinical rotation capacity, and fostering relationships with healthcare facilities and community partners to support high-quality clinical education experiences across programs. Evaluate the needs of healthcare institutions, hospitals, and clinical facilities to identify and acquire clinical education agreements supporting nursing and healthcare program requirements. • Develop departmental best practices, policies, and procedures to meet clinical education objectives for both existing and new program applications. • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with healthcare organizations and professionals to enhance program delivery and onboarding processes. • Coordinate and expand student clinical rotations across preceptor sites, acute care facilities, and community or capstone training locations. • Support the development and maintenance of affiliation agreements, ensuring quality and excellence in clinical partnership relations. • Supervise regional staff responsible for clinical facility acquisitions and student rotation management across programs. • Collaborate with the VP of Business Development to connect with hospital leadership and healthcare influencers to drive partnership growth. • Ensure clinical training facilities provide multidisciplinary learning opportunities by identifying and maintaining rotation and preceptor sites. • Secure and manage affiliation agreements and partner documentation in coordination with Program Directors. • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand rotation capacity at partner sites through enhanced collaboration and service initiatives Negotiate and support clinical education expansion for nursing and allied health externship programs, including multi-program and global agreements. • Oversee departmental staff efforts, including Partnership Development Specialists and Clinical Schedulers, ensuring efficiency and alignment with program needs. • Collaborate with Program Advisory Boards, ensuring clinical partner engagement, participation, and accreditation support. • Collect and analyze data to forecast and monitor clinical education needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term planning for clinical programs. • Manage departmental budgets, reporting, and staff leadership and training to achieve optimal outcomes Qualifications Experience in higher education and clinical contracts management within the nursing or healthcare field. • Proven experience in clinical training programs and preceptor development. • Strong project management and public speaking skills. • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities. • Proficient writing and documentation skills with competency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) Additional Information Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment 2 Weeks’ starting Vacation per year.
