We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and support our operations team and facility leadership across multiple sites.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational performance of our skilled nursing facilities. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep industry knowledge, regulatory insight, and a strong track record of driving quality, compliance, census growth, and financial outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership in long-term care, with multi-site operational oversight.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator license preferred.
  • Proven success in driving quality ratings, financial performance, and staff engagement.
  • Deep understanding of CMS regulations, reimbursement models, and PDPM.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to facilities across the region.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to multiple SNFs within the assigned region.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor and support facility-level performance across clinical, operational, and financial KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop Administrators and regional leaders to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with clinical, financial, HR, and marketing departments to implement best practices.
  • Lead turnaround efforts in underperforming facilities.
  • Drive census development strategies and community engagement.
  • Analyze trends and implement systems for quality improvement and cost control.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
