Description GENERAL SUMMARY: HACO Culinary is looking for a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing and supply chain operations across two production facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will drive operational excellence, efficiency, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting growth through expansions and acquisitions. SCOPE OF JOB FUNCTION Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing operations and plant leadership across CA & IL Supply chain, procurement, and inventory optimization Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives Operational budgeting, capital planning, and cost control IFS and food safety compliance Development of high-performing, accountable leadership teams Capital projects, facility expansions, and equipment investments Operational integration and due diligence support for acquisitions Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and plant managers Strong change leadership skills, with experience driving transformation and continuous improvement Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align operations with business strategy Clear, confident communicator who builds trust, accountability, and collaboration Decisive, data-driven leader who balances strategy with hands-on execution Experience leading cross-functional teams through expansions and M&A activity Requirements SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 10+ years of operations experience in food manufacturing 3+ years in senior or executive leadership Experience leading capital projects, expansions, and/or acquisitions Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and financial management Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred DESIRED: Knowledge of general manufacturing environment & practices. Business Acumen.
