VP OPERATIONS – BEAUTY, HEALTH & WELLNESS PRODUCTS (AMERICAS)

OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a proven executive leader to drive the strategic growth of a fast-scaling consumer products brand. Ideal candidates will have senior leadership experience in CPG—preferably within health & wellness, skincare, beauty, or nutrition—and bring a track record of transforming vision into value across multiple channels.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial operator who excels in building teams, scaling operations, and executing bold strategies that fuel long-term growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles within a consumer products company.
  • Experience in at least one vertical: health & wellness, skincare, beauty, or nutrition.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling omnichannel CPG brands.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, product innovation, team building, and operational leadership.
  • Strong P&L management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business education preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and modern tech stacks (CRM, HRIS, eCommerce platforms) strongly preferred.
