As Director of Customer Performance & Insights, you’ll lead a cross-functional function that connects Trigo’s technology, operations, and customers. Your mission: ensure our product performs at its best in every store, and that customers realize measurable business impact from Trigo’s AI solutions. You’ll oversee the AI Ops & Data team, lead investigations into product and retailer performance, and turn insights into clear actions that drive improvement across Product, Operations, and Customer teams. This is a high-exposure, outcome-driven role that sits at the heart of Trigo’s growth- linking our technical excellence with tangible customer success. Requirements null The position null A day in the life Partner with Trigo teams and global retailers to identify key performance challenges and structure data-driven approaches Work with Analytics Engineers to define the right metrics, uncover performance drivers, and turn operational data into actionable insights Lead continuous performance improvement across products and retailers- connecting insights from AI operations to tangible product enhancements and measurable customer impact Drive investigations into store- and deployment-level issues, translating findings into clear actions for Product, Ops, and Customer teams Help customers quantify ROI, uncover hidden value, and tell the story of Trigo’s business impact through clear KPIs and insight narratives Contribute to Trigo’s insight tools and frameworks, shaping how we deliver data-driven value across deployments Build and lead a high-impact Customer Performance function from the ground up—defining how Trigo transforms data into strategic advantage You bring to the table 7- 10 years of experience in product strategy, data-driven operations, or business leadership roles in high-growth technology environments Proven ability to translate complex data into clear decisions and customer impact Strong structured problem-solving and storytelling skills- you connect the dots between data, product, and business outcomes Hands-on comfort with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools) and a natural curiosity for how things work A collaborative, cross-functional mindset; you thrive at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer teams Entrepreneurial spirit- you’re excited to build and scale a new capability from the ground up and shape how we deliver impact Nice to have Background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a top MBA program Experience in retail tech, supply chain, AI products, or computer vision Technical fluency in Python or advanced analytics tools Exposure to data operations or product analytics functions that drive measurable performance improvement Perks and Benefits null
