VICE PRESIDENT OF FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS

National Mail-Order Pharmacy | Remote with Travel | Strategic Leadership Role
A nationally recognized, high-performance mail-order pharmacy is seeking a Vice President of Fulfillment Operations to lead and scale pharmacy operations across multiple high-volume fulfillment centers. This executive-level role offers the opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy distribution through innovation, operational excellence, and people-driven leadership.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the VP will be responsible for driving operational strategy, enhancing automation capabilities, ensuring compliance across state lines, and building high-performing teams that consistently exceed service and quality benchmarks.

• Lead day-to-day and strategic operations across multi-site pharmacy fulfillment centers
• Oversee a large, cross-functional workforce in a regulated, high-throughput environment
• Champion performance optimization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives
• Align operations with patient care objectives, regulatory requirements, and business KPIs
• Develop and manage operational budgets and cost-efficiency programs
• Foster a culture of excellence, compliance, and innovation
• Partner with internal stakeholders across compliance, technology, clinical, and client services
• Travel up to 50% to fulfillment sites to ensure alignment and execution
