THE MISSION

We’re looking for a BUILDER!
We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Product to lead the zero-to-one and one-to-scale transformation of Futuri’s product suite into self-serve, PLG-powered engines.
You’ll launch new products and turn core products into conversion-optimized SaaS platforms that users love and actually buy without sales calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You’ve launched 01 products that grew, ideally in SaaS/AI/ecomm
• You’ve led PLG transitions or built freemium/onboarding funnels that work
• You don’t wait for user research. You are the first user
• You can write a spec, sketch a wireframe, and prioritize ruthlessly
• You’re fluent in how AI models, agents, and workflows work (LangChain, GPTs, Claude, CrewAI = bonus)
• You’ve been called “intense, creative, and unusually productive” (and took it as a compliment)

Futuri is looking for a product leader who will:

• Build and commercialize an army of AI Agents based on our existing software.
• PLG-fy our products, already used by 7,000 media brands.
• Move fast with no red tape. Direct access to CEO, minimal layers, big vision.
• Prioritize and make decisions related to product innovation, resources needed, timelines. Business thinking and profit orientation is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Product 01:

• Lead launch of new products from prototype to market
• Build onboarding flows, pricing tests, agent search UX, and feedback loops
• Define MVPs that feel premium but ship fast
