EnrollHere is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Product Management to lead our product strategy and drive execution across teams. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who thrives in the space between vision and detail—someone who can define a multi-year roadmap while also writing user stories, reviewing designs, and testing features alongside Engineering and Design.
Reporting directly to the CTO, the VP of Product Management will bridge high-level product vision with day-to-day delivery, ensuring our products create measurable value for both customers and the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to bring ideas to life through iteration, insights, and impact.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and iterating based on data
• Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering on systems, APIs, and architecture
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
