POSITION SUMMARY

SimpliGov is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Professional Services to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our services organization. This high-impact role is central to advancing customer success, optimizing project delivery, and accelerating the adoption of SimpliGov’s digital process automation platform.
As the Professional Services leader, will be responsible for developing a high-performing team, defining and scaling service offerings, integrating AI to drive efficiency and customer outcomes, and ensuring world-class delivery standards. This leader will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to craft a modern, efficient, and repeatable services engine that enables our customers to realize value quickly and consistently. This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of Professional Services experience in a SaaS or digital transformation environment, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director, Sr. Director, VP).
  • Proven success scaling a services organization in a growth-stage SaaS company with annual services revenue >$1M.
  • Expertise in designing packaged service offerings that are easy to sell, deliver, and measure.
  • Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, waterfall, hybrid), and modern services tools/platforms (e.g., PSA, AI-driven project reporting).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills — from the C-suite to frontline teams.
  • Demonstrated success in integrating AI into services delivery for efficiency and insight.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing services P&L, utilization targets, and delivery KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPM, etc.) preferred.
