Description

The Vice President of Regional Marketing leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of gaming properties. This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals, optimizes marketing performance and reinvestment, and guides cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue. In addition, this role directly oversees the on-property marketing and entertainment teams who are responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing and entertainment strategy for the three Caesars Entertainment properties, Harrah’s, Caesars, and Tropicana, located in Atlantic City.
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Regional Director of Marketing, Regional Director of Marketing Communications, Regional Director of Entertainment, and Property Director of Marketing – Atlantic City.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of senior level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field, preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to drive marketing strategies across multiple locations
  • Willingness to travel
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
