As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales strategy and team.

SUMMARY

The Vice President of Sales will be a key member of the executive management team, responsible for leading and expanding A4’s sales function. This individual will oversee an existing sales team, set strategic direction, optimize sales processes, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer and channel relationships. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the apparel or wholesale distribution space, proven leadership experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in apparel, sporting goods, or wholesale distribution
  • Proven track record of growing sales teams and revenue
  • Experience managing national accounts and multi-channel B2B sales
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for A4’s national sales team
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with company growth goals
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales representatives

  • Lead initiatives to improve CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and sales process efficiency
  • Represent A4 at trade shows, industry events, and with key accounts
